LOGAN'S RUN
Where Trump, Tulsi Gabbard, Georgia voting records, Epstein and Putin all intersect - in the Logan Act .
The Logan Act is where Trump, Tulsi Gabbard, the Georgia voting records, Epstein and Putin all intersect.
The Logan Act was passed following George Logan's unauthorized negotiations with France in 1798; it was signed into law by President John Adams on January 30, 1799. It bars U.S. citizens from engaging in certain communications with foreign governments without authority of the United States. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable with imprisonment for up to three years.
When Trump was president the first time - 2016-2020 - he conducted much of his communications with foreign leaders, such as Putin and Netanyahu, through unauthorized channels. This way he avoided entering the communications in the official government records, and it would have allowed him to engage in nefarious schemes without the overview that the Constitution requires. Now whereas the law prohibits the intelligence services from directly spying on American citizens, spying on those with whom Trump corresponded was fair game, and Trump’s involvement would be caught as ‘collateral’.
After Trump lost the presidency in 2020 it is likely that he continued to correspond with those same foreign leaders. Now if those communications included schemes that were to the detriment of the Biden administration, or America, then that would fall within the scope of the Logan Act, in that Trump was now a private citizen.
And this is where the seizing of the Georgia voting records comes into play. Trump will now ‘find’ the 11,780 votes that will allow him to claim that he was the rightful president during 2020 - 2024, and so the Logan Act does not apply to him. This will, of course, be challenged in the courts, until the appeals reach the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Six decide for Trump.
That Gabbard was present during the seizing of the Georgia voting records indicates that there is a foreign intelligence factor involved. Her presence at the operation, ostensibly at the direction of Trump, further indicates the importance that the White House attaches to the votes: Gabbard was there to ensure that the operation went smoothly, and would call Trump should things start going awry.
We now know that there is a very serious issue regarding foreign intelligence in Gabbard’s department, due to the Whistleblower’s report of April 2025, where the White House has been unable to find a way to handle the matter. Now if this issue has its origin before Trump regained the presidency, which is a reasonable assumption since the Whistleblower would have spent time analyzing the matter and writing the report, then it follows that the matter falls within the purview of the Logan Act.
And the Logan Act is the pre-cursor to proving treason.
One issue that could be a factor is Trump’s decision to remove the bulk of the documentation in his possession to Mar a Lago after the failed coup attempt on January 6, 2021. These included over 300 top secret documents relating to national security. Did Trump just gather these at random? Those that crossed his desk? Or those that he attached value to - for monetizing, or those that he could use to run interference on Biden?
No! Surely Trump wouldn’t do that?
Or would he?
Or even secreting documents requested by Putin?
The fact that Trump valued these documents is evidenced by the inordinate lengths Trump resorted to in hiding them and resisting returning them.
Trump’s relationship with Putin is well documented, and goes back decades. To the 1980s. And Epstein casts a long shadow on this relationship. A key moment in this occurs in 2004. Up to that time Trump and Epstein were best friends, with Trump enjoying the depravity of that island. Unspeakable depravities that we are only just now learning about. But then, in 2004, that friendship broke. Irrevocably. The popular explanation is that Trump was angry with Epstein because he outbid Epstein on a Palm Beach property. But this rings hollow - this is just not in Trump’s nature. Rather, Trump would gloat about his victory and rub it in.
A far more credible explanation would fit a possibly related fact - that Epstein, who couldn’t afford to match Trump’s bid on a property, soon after had over a billion dollars passing through his Russian bank accounts.
Trump went sour on his best buddy because Epstein sold his entire catalog to Vladimir Putin. This catalog consisted of the video recordings Epstein made of his rich and famous visitors indulging in the vile ‘entertainments’ that were a feature of Epstein’s properties. Epstein was running a honeypot operation on rich and famous people, and would sell the blackmail material to all-comers. What angered Trump was that recordings Epstein made of him were included in the bill of sale. Trump probably found out from Putin, and from that moment on the special friendship was over. Trump avoided Epstein’s properties after that. And Trump was Putin’s bitch, obsequious and grovelling.
However, should Epstein have continued selling his recordings then it would have devalued Putin’s ‘investment’, and so it would be logical to put Epstein out of business. Soon after, in March, 2005, police open a criminal investigation into Epstein in Palm Beach, Fla., after a 14-year-old girl's parents say he paid her for a massage. Now, as to whether the KGB spymaster had an involvement in this is a matter of speculation, but it fits the facts, and the timeline, remarkably well.
The Epstein case finished in 2008 with Epstein’s conviction. However, in 2007 the case reached a very controversial conclusion, where the federal charges were dropped, and Epstein pleaded guilty to two state state charges. He served 13 months of an 18 month sentence, being allowed out for six hours a day after 3-1/2 months. The US Attorney leading the federal case, Alex Acosta, was severely criticized for his handling of the case. Interestingly, Acosta said, in his own defense, that he was told to ‘leave it alone’, and that Epstein ‘belonged to Intelligence’. Clearly, there were powerful people involved in sweeping this case under the carpet.
Now, Epstein’s partner in crime, Ghislaine Maxwell had links to Russian and Israeli intelligence - it was the heritage of her father, the disgraced British newspaper magnate, Robert Maxwell. There were persistent high level rumors of Robert Maxwell’s involvement in Mossad. Wikipedia documents his links to British, Russian and Israeli intelligence. So his daughter, Ghislaine, grew up in an environment of high finance and international intelligence agencies. Now these agencies like to keep a track of their own, so Mossad would have known about Epstein’s and Maxwell’s blackmail activities. Mossad would have the resources and ability to steal a copy of the files, even without Maxwell’s knowledge or approval. Such a trove of information is valuable currency in the world of international affairs. It certainly shines a new spotlight on the recent relations between Trump and Netanyahu. Might also explain AIPAC’s disproportionate influence in American politics.
And so, as a private citizen during the Biden presidency, Trump would have had access to various state secrets through the members of the various committees that Trump had the goods on, in his copy of the Epstein files. But Trump was a trapped man himself, and was acting on the orders of Putin, and possibly Netanyahu, too. And these secrets were being passed on to Putin and Israel.
It’s also likely that these activities were being monitored by the US intelligence services during the Biden years. Did Biden know? Did Biden act? Time will tell. It is likely that one of the constraints is the Constitutional proscription on spying on American citizens. But everything changed in November, 2024 - Trump was elected president. And a known Russian asset, Tulsi Gabbard, was placed in command of the Intelligence Community.
And so they had to reconsider their strategy. They wrote the report and chose a Whistleblower. Or, more than likely, he volunteered.
The White House didn’t know how to handle the report - the allegations are too serious to be dismissed - and they have been kicking it around since last April. But with the release of the Epstein files putting ever more pressure on the White House their legal advisors settled on a defense of the Logan Act. And hence the raid on the Georgia electoral office.
Because the Logan Act will open the door to charges of treason.
And then they will all be out of a job . . .

OK - this is just a conspiracy theory.
But that’s the name of this Substack.
So I’m allowed . . .

I speculated on this very collusion a few months ago. That useful kompromat had been sold to Putin and that Israel had a copy as well. I wonder what Elon’s part in all this was? Data brokering? He's obviously a much bigger player than we know now. He's been awfully cozy with Putin since before the 2024 election. It makes me wonder. The Tulsi Gabbard piece makes perf ct sense now, as does the classified documents case. This would explain a lot. Let's talk about conspiracy facts.
